The extra-thick, padded, 70% isopropanol (IPA) pre-soaked and sterile polyester "Cleaning Pad Easy Reach PSME0001" are highly absorbent and can hold large amounts of detergent or disinfectant, making cleaning and disinfection easier. The pads are made from Quiltec I - a double-layer, padded polyester material that has been washed in a class 4 cleanroom - and have sealed edges that help to further reduce the number of particles released. The special pre-soaked pads make cleaning and sanitising an isolator or RAB much easier as there is no need to introduce spray bottles into the controlled environment and each user uses exactly the same amount of liquid.
